What We Do

Vacuum and mop floors

Clean all bathroom amenities including toilets, sinks, vanities, countertops, and mirrors

Dust and wipe down all desks and tabletops, as well as keyboards, telephones, and mousepads

Clean coffee station, eating area, and kitchen/kitchenette, including microwave, sink, countertop, stovetop, as well as fridge and dishwasher exterior

Collect, wash, and put away dishes

Collect garbage

Complimentary interior fridge cleaning once per month if applicable

How do payments work?

Commercial clients are invoiced monthly and can direct payments to Oak & Bergamot within 1 week of receiving the invoice.



Are your cleaning products and methods eco friendly?

When sourcing products, we do our best to minimize our environmental impact to ensure a safe and healthy workspace for your employees. If there are specific practices you feel strongly about, please let us know when inquiring. 


Do you provide cleaning services outside regular business hours?

Absolutely. In fact, all cleaning services will be performed outside of regular business hours to minimize disruption to your daily operations. 

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, but if you have specific preferences or requirements, we can discuss this during our initial follow-up call. Note that all supplies for restocking will be provided by you. 

Will I be guaranteed the same cleaning team per visit?

As a bespoke commercial cleaning company, we are committed to taking on only as many clients as we can serve to our highest standard of care in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our work. With that, our team grows as our client list grows, which may result in a future shift in scheduling. However, it’s important to us that all team members uphold the values of Oak & Bergamot, and any major changes will be communicated to clients.
